I didnt go to a bar for the first time until i was 24 (just a few months ago) :O Dont usually have more than a few beers, or share a bottle of wine with someone. But when i went to the bar i made a point to get wasted :cool:

Everyday for me. I switched to Heineken Light awhile back and really like it. Only 3.3% alcohol and 99 calories, but you can taste the hops.  I dont feel guilty about throwing a few back after work. Just wish I could lose this gut...

I use to drink 3-5 stiff ass whiskey drinks every day. I switched to more beer and only drinking on the weekends and I feel so much better.

Weekends only for me, 3-4 beers or vodkas (depending on if I'm on a low carb diet or not).

I spent a year or so as a functional alcoholic once and it was not a good time.

I worked for about 4 years as a bar tender and was drunk nearly every night. I had an awful alcoholic girlfriend and everything. Those years were probably the darkest in my life. Shit sucked. The thought of those times is a strong deterrent from over drinking these days. Its a habit and lifestyle I want nothing to do with.

You're certainly not making it any easier to lose that guy by drinking beer daily.
Time to cut back on beer and start running and eating healthy.

Intermittent fasting... i'm down 15 pounds in the last few weeks.. and can still eat what i want.. btw.. stop drinking that shit :smile:

I drink a couple times a week. Sometimes i dont drink. Other weeks i wanna drink more frequently. Really depends on my mood. A couple Bluemoons always sets a pretty chill high for me.

Im more of a causal drinker in my opinion.

It really depends, sometimes I'll go a month or two without drinking and sometimes I'll have a few a day for a week or two. A few times a year I might have 6 or more.
