Grain Spawn HELP

hi, i just boiled my spawn, my last 2 attempt was unsuccessful, i soaked them for 24hours then i just pressure cooked them and inoculated after that, anyways. this time i soaked them or 3hours, boiled them 30minutes, and now they are like this, some of them seems smashed, or broken, but this time they are solid enough. is it ok to proceed? i'm gonna wait an hour for them to dry enough before i pour them in the jars and pressure cook them.

10 min boil. Shake the steam off. PC FOR 1 hour. 15PSI. watch the YouTube vids it's super simple

I run my whole oats boiling water. Fill a bucket with desired amount. Pour boiling water on that Bish till water line is well above grains. Close top. Let side for 2 hours. Drain dry and PC 15psi 90 minutes. So far it's a 99% success rate.

I also boil mine for about 30 mins or so. Until I see the first grain pop. Then I let dry put in jars and pc at 15 psi for 90 mins.
