Colonizing Grain Spawn for bulk?? Need a hand!

I need one more favor from everyone here before I can finally try this shit out!

Okay, in the directions for the Bulk method (wheat & worm castings), it says that one must "have the ability to make and successfully colonize grain spawn."

Can someone provide a link with a good "how to" on colonizing grain spawn? I've been waiting for months to begin my first growing experiment, and I'm finally in the position to do

This is somewhat of an emergency, so please respond quickly if possible!

try wheat its easier to work with especially soft pastry wheat. The key to getting wheat or any grain for that matter is to make sure the amount of broken kernals is near none
