Friends cant find weed

So several friends have been looking for weed and bugging me for days. I told them that I know a guy.. He always has the shit with a name and they know this. anyway.. They know the deal, they know it's expensive but good and that's why they call me.

So I go out of my way to get an Oz. ($200) then it turns out I have to deliver it 20 miles away. Selling 3 bags to 3 different people. I have to stop and get gas ($20) and cigs (3 packs $20).

I show up at the place and go in and roll a fat doobie. We smoke and chitchat etc. and then they are ready to check out the bags.. The girl tells me I've only got "30 bucks till Friday, is that OK?" So I swallow that down and say OK..

The dude tells me, basically, "Same thing" - So I swallow that shit down and say OK also. He actually wants to just pay the whole thing on Friday - so $0 for now... Both of these people are good friends and make alot of money and are totally good for it.

The 3rd guy is texting me this whole time and wanting to know my ETA. I finally get to him and guess what? lol  He aint got his money ready either!! Wants to catch me up on Monday...  Wow!

So I'm nearly 250 bucks into this shitshow and coming home with 30 bucks.. Did I mention that my wife gave me the money to go do all this stupid shit anyway. I told the wife that I would be back with 300 bucks in about an hour. lol  Yeah

Just fucking wow

The first 2 people make almost 6 figure salaries. The 3rd guy and myself are broke ass mofokrs. I'm def not in a position to be fronting anything to anyone. It's a lot to ask of me since I'm not making bank. I'm the mofokr driving the 20 year old car etc.

anyway - I just wanted to bitch about it.

That's find of fucked. Hey drive out here in your POS car into my nice subdivision and drop off my weed o FYI I don't have any money. When I sold weed if people didn't have money they didn't call. And if someone had called and then told me when I showed up they would "get me later" they would of got beaten for wasting my time. Although I lived in a state where being caught with marijuana meant there was a good chance of jail/prison time. I actually ended up getting 6 months for selling to someone wearing a wire because they got caught with hard drugs. And am now a felon. It's crazy but for $200 an oz of good bud I imagine you live in a place with less stringent laws. Because I was selling bud for $400 an oz.

If you happen to be in Canada then send them to the internet to get their own shit. The weed is cheap and plentiful. I imagine similar services exist in the US, though perhaps higher risk.

Being a felon and not being about to get a job actually worked out for the best. Forced me to start my own business.  and I'm making more money than I ever did when employed by others. I will be buying my first house next year with more than half of the money down. I still hate the snitch i feel any real man owns up to his mistakes and doesn't pass them on to others. But if it wasn't for him I would still be at my comfortable underpaid job struggling to pay my monthly bills.

update to the story:

Guy#3 came by and paid his off and got another one for his friend - paid that one too. I didn't hear from the others.. it's not Friday yet.

Ya know, my less successful friends are much better people in general. It's a sad truth, really.

I listen to the JRE podcast and I've been cutting the shitty people out of my life for the past year or so. It has its ups and downs. Shit is getting lean around here. Heh!

Learn how to say no, I'd have told them they weren't getting the weed till they had the money.

Best policy is to just never front to anyone ever under any circumstances, and you'll never get burned.
