Hello my friend,

If by “Pans” you mean Panaelous, panaelous bruises blue when you touch it. Not black

The blue bruising that occurs in psilocybin containing mushrooms will happen from any type of handling. So cutting them would absolutely make them bruise blue.

Thanks for the response! Well, so I am new but when I pinched it, meh I think the black spores bleed through. Maybe just a common agrocybe. I noticed it Changes color from dark brown to tan, some we're already tan when picked.

Well good for you for finding mycology! It’s the best thing to happen to me in many years haha

A mushroom that contains psilocybin and bruises, for the most part, bruises blue. Especially a Pan. I’ll attach a picture of some recent psilocybin bruising I personally experienced.
