I think I understand, wait for a faster guy, get a cut from the inner tissue, of course isolate multiple times till good clean growth all the way around. Once I get that down, I'll start monoculture practice and start reading up on all that now in the mean time.

Yeah, typically one transfer from tissue plates are sufficient...

Yeah I imagine, will also waste less agar and go further as far as more jars. Cool. Once there is a good one going on imagine slanting some for a rainy day wouldn't hurt either. Anyway thanks yo, can't wait to put all this to practice.
