Hey Sutec,
very well put together technique I thought. I think I'm definitely going to try using agar in the near future. It doesn't sound to hard and I believe it will be really fun. Do the folks who use agar on this board contend that it produces more potent and more consistent mushrooms? I would probably guess yes. Good night.
