Making mycelia syringes from agar cultures

Hey, I am new to this... but it seems to make mycelia syringes from cultures, you just add sterile dH2O mix up and suck into a syringe...

1) How much dH2O to use per 3/4 colonised petri dish?
2) Should I scrape the culture off the agar before mixing with water?

1. depends hom many syringes are you gona make.
I?d says 2-3 10 ml syringes.
2. You could, yes.
