brown stipe

From what I have been reading this looks like Pseudomonas bacteria. Just wanted to get confirmation as well as double check whether I should harvest these or not. Seems like it is only on the one fruit. Also wondering if the cap creases are another indication.

As I understand Pseudomonas is usually more around the cap, whereas verticillium is usually on the stipe, which seems more appropriate

Pseudomonas like ^ said above, almost always infects the cap. (you don't have pseudomonas). Verticillium on cubes leaves brownish/grayish streaks on the stem. It always deforms the fruitbody (you have some of this). It is unusual for it to collect at the base like you have IME, but it does happen. Also, it looks like some of your other fruitbodies are infected -at this point only slightly. If it IS vert (and this is my guess), the brown will turn grayish from spore production. Also, the caps will become small compared to the stem, and usually tilt to one side. Once the infection progresses (assuming it is vert), the stems become flat and ribbon-like. AFAIK, all verticillium species are not pathogenic to human health.

At this point there is nothing you can do to stop it. I have had trays where only a portion was lost. My 2 cents -good luck...

I should add, that if you get severely contammed shrooms, and you remove them, sometimes powdering the infected areas (the area you removed the infected shrooms from, just to be clear lol), with baking soda can sometimes contain the contam, and the rest of your sub will be OK. Good luck bro...

Thanks! It is appreciated. I'll try to post some pics of what it looks like now, basically the same, except most of the other guys have matured, while the infected ones have stayed small and caps haven't really opened.
