I would definitely harvest the bigger fruits. They’re veil is very close to breaking so perfect time to harvest. This will also help your other pins grow due to not having to give as much nutrients to those larger fruits. You can pick the aborts if you want. It may provide more room for new viable pins. If you do pick them, I would definitely dunk and begin working on your 2nd flush.

Quote:
Some of the first mushrooms to form are "aborts" (convoluted caps, gnarly stems and stunted growth), and
ironically they are primo in magic alkaloids. They are even more powerful in magic than the stately beauties
that will soon dominate the cake. The tiny "baby mushroom" aborts are likewise good. After witnessing the
growth of the fungus, recognition of these aborts is easy. As long as the aborts are healthy and pure, they are
primo. Also, another form of mutants will manifest, blobs of fungus with little or no cap, also good for
harvesting. And along with these mutants, appear the perfect specimens, the sporocarps.

That comes from the pf-tek pdf. Aborts are good. I haven't tried them tho.

What's concerning for me tho is how those stipes have that greyish look. If they would only be aborted they would be small but even the big ones have it.

They are saturated. The small pins turn black. More mature fruit stipes take on a grey appearance and become squishy. Cleft cap is common.

That substrate is contaminated all to hell
