Asante is right. Obama failed because he was a democrat with a republican congress. Trump can't get a Republican bill through a Republican Congress with the backing of the Republican executive branch and a freshly Republican Supreme court. Last week was what, third try?

Oh, and Obama *did* end up succeeding. We did, after all, have Obamacare for a bit.

What this tells me is that Obama is capable of getting shit done in a bipartisan climate, while Trump is having trouble during team practice the day before the big game. Probably why he's still holding campaign rallies.

You both don't get it, the Republicans hate Trump because he's not part of The Establishment.  The Republicans are owned by the same interests that put Obama into office, behind the scenes they're BOTH on the same team.

Excellent posts, qman. You are speaking truth to delusional ll's. Its hard to defend trump, I think we all wish he'd shut his yap and quit tweeting for a while. Or at least now and then. But as you said and as starfire has said, and I and others have pointed out, trump is an outsider. He is blocked by both d and r, the r's individually hope for favors so are capable of being pushed but the d's know they get no favors and the establishment wants trump to be impeached.

Obummer was in favor of bringing more muslims here, just like the elites and deep state wanted. They want division because when we are fighting each other we are not fighting the real bad guys. The far left gladly goes along with all that, we need rational people like qman and star to bring a modicum of sanity to the table. Else the loony left echo chamber takes over and they get more and more extreme. The mods and admin being on the extreme left makes it even more so

Yeah, lets be like europe and have terror attacks every few days. That doesn't even count the hundreds of minor attacks that happen daily. If it was your wife, mom or gf who got raped, it would no longer be a statistic you can sneer at but something real. A conservative is a liberal who got mugged or who got raped by an immigrant.

How many terror attacks has poland had in the last few weeks? In the last few years? I wonder why that is? Anybody got a guess?

You're right.  The republicans are just big government statists that to keep the ball rolling so the government to spend money of YOURS (the people) and keep what they want.

The D's and R's, want to to the control the people, and get rich on your money.  That is the play of R's and D's, that they want to get elected again.  That's the point of the government 'Congress' and the point.  Big government loves the vote, then they give for 'important the needs people' and what they get?

Write a heath bill--so that insurance companies profit by the laws--and you get you are getting 'free health care' they get something and you for the 'congress' and you they get the vote.

Maybe to keep up the Kryptos:  maybe we could debate Trumps tweets?  That is something that will stimulating debate, the Trumps Tweet and the people laughing at Trump. 

That will get nothing changed, and something that we should discuss.

Realize that 'Trump Tweets and laughing at Trump' will not change anything, and as the mindset of the VOTERS is what will have forever.  It isn't going to change, and you are probably a big part of what is going on.

Maybe you would be help of the country and discuss our concerns with contacting your Representaive. 

What--you don't know who your Congress man and don't how to contact him, and you don't vote?  They you are a really big problem with the country.  Figure out to contact them, I would tell you.  Is takes about 2 minutes a Cretin to figure out to contact them.

Affects Congress is in numbers.  the more tell the congressman, the more they will listen.  If you don't believe anything will change, then why are all posting your nonsense here?  You Congress web site is better to get change.

This is not any single poster here at address my point. 
Is what change things:  Tell your Congressman that you are offended by trumps tweet and Trump get laughed at.  That will get things changed? :smug:

The poles are the smart ones in europe,  the others are getting nervous but are still afraid of merkle. Many scandinavian countries have no go zones just like uk, just like germany etc. None in poland, polish people can go anywhere they like without fear of rape, robbery or general harrasment by foreign invaders that the soft headed leaders let in elsewhere. Our soft headed leader is mercifully kicked to the curb and if there is one good thing trump has done its work toward keeping dirtbags out.

Europe needs to learn by observation rather than sit back in smug pc-ness thinking they have the moral high ground. It will look even more foolish when they are finally forced to act as they have been told all along they must.

I don't recall any of the things Obama trying to push through being beneficial to anyone realistically.
So even if he would have gotten more done, it would still be the same in the end, nothing measurable achieved.

Obumma had the dems solid on his side and only had the gop to deal with. Clinton in the same circumstance managed to work things out to some degree. No sitting president has ever had to deal with that before.

The wall will be built, mexico will pay for it indirectly, and many dirtbags will be kept out. Just because the media never tells you when its an illegal who did a heinous crime does not mean it isn't happening a lot. It is, but its keep a deep dark secret just like the black crime rate.

Already many illegals have gone back to mexico rather than face the wrath of the trumpster. Fewer are coming over now than when weak in the knees obumble was in charge. Other countries were laughing behind his back at the way he bowed to leaders when he visited. Its a sign of submission and says you are superior to me.
