best casing method for verm. peat, and wormshit?

what is the best casing method for vermiculite peat and wormcastings?  i am wicked confused about how to spawn into this mix.  do i crumble and case pasteurize worm shit and peat that i cooked at 170 for an hour or so?  how should i add water to this mix  how long do i cook em for?  i need a good tek for this.  i want to use a metal pan.  any suggestions?  thanks... :gd_icon:

1. mix wormcastings and verm.
2. bring to field capaicity (add water)
3. pastuerize (look in the FAQS for cooking times)
4. let cool... then spawn and mix
5. incubate
6. case with 50/50 or something close
7. incubate
8. put in fruiting conditions
