What is the best casing method and ....

My 12 half-pint jars are almost fully colonized without any contanimation. I used brown rice flour and vermiculite in the jars and I injected each jar with 1cc of Cambodians. What is the simplest casing method, yet yeilds the most? (Will be my first time casing or growing!)
Also what is the difference from spore print and syringes? Do you get more syringes out a print or what?

I have had great luck with gro brick coco fiber as a casing. If you can't find that, go with straight verm. It is forgiving.

..as for prints and syringes, yes a good print will make at least 5 syringes but you have the added step of contams when making your own syringe.

Never tried straight verm just 50/50 and or dung ,first off what ever you choose i'd pasturise it at the very least [sterilisation often kills off certain bacterias that are in fact good for the mushies ]pasturisation doesnt do that when applied correctly imo.i like dung so far with no extra top layer added colonises fast too but any of the regular casings should work for ya i hear a lot of good comments dirrected to the coir but i've not seen it applied yet .Mew
