it's the "pot" calling out the Christians who want to subjugate people to their own beliefs, ignoring the fact that it's individual beliefs that are important.

and then calling out the fact that Christians (obviously not all of them) will try to use logic to defend irrational positions! like "being Gay is a sin". NO IT'S NOT.

but they'll try and rationalize that retarded belief.

and Christians should be accused, just like they accuse other people. you do NOT TURN THE OTHER CHEEK. that notion has CLEARLY been upended, and it's true, you shouldn't. why let your opponents win, if they want to stick you with a knife? carry your own knife, fuck turning the other cheek. and, certainly, on the Christian-right, they have finally learned this, but they, like in a typical fashion, want to make enemies out of just about anyone...if we were in the Middle East, they'd be rounding people up, probably. lucky we're not.

and the LIBERAL CHRISTIANS, they'd be persecuted too. for not believing in the dogma of the more powerful factions within the faith, they'd be upended to! the real

If we are all God, and therefor Christ is God, and he was killed for making this claim, then it only suggests siding with Christ is the correct thing to do.  Maybe you are conflating Catholicism with Christianity?

You seem to be claiming that existence is limited to the physical world and anything beyond that must therefore equal non-existence? This would imply that practical knowledge is the only kind of knowledge, which is a problem, because logic and reason afaik cannot exist without some a-priori postulates that ultimately rely on a type of faith (or revelation). You said that logic needs to be grounded in order to have value, and I agree, but how much grounding is there in a world of constant change, where we need faith just to believe that our senses accurately represent reality? What we call the physical world is, I think, more like a projection of consciousness, and so any evidence of logic we might find here is only a degenerate reflection of logic, not the thing itself. If there is such a thing as pure reason then it originates in consciousness, prior to its physical manifestation. Jesus literally did nothing wrong.

no, i didn't, read my thread more carefully. i said cosmic forces exist, and spiritual forces exist. you must have missed that part.

faith isn't required for knowledge. a-priori postulates are not faith, they are logically derived.

sure, he did nothing wrong. i never claimed he did anything wrong, of course. in fact, even in a secular sense, he did everything right. i'm not claiming that people should run the world like some kind of farm or something, but his notions were postulated with truth in mind. money is crap. sinners cast the first stone (like calling people who aren't Christians Satanists). the priest class is crap. worshipping people is crap.

I was pointing towards different beliefs that are found in the world, not just Islam.  Ritual blood/human sacrifice occurs/occurred throughout the world.  Orthodox Judaism sucks the blood off an infants freshly mutilated penis.  But by all means say Christians have no basis in reality, despite Christ standing against these things and you admit he would be God (under the presumption he lived) and the purpose of his death representing an end to these things.  No basis in reality, it's not like these things still occur among groups who deny his teachings.

Christ is one who lived to teach and live of the way of kindness,  forgiveness and love with wisdom, something that is timeless and not bound to any thing : no man, no religion, no time era, nothing.
the moral christian today is its bane, yet what can we do to those who do not know truth because they are ignorant?  All while remembering a consideration is made from the place where the ground of being encompasses all beings and not just those who are "awake" or "asleep" or fluttering in between like restless dreamers.
It accepts all, lacking in discrimination, and so being one with that all is primordially pure, both the saints and sinners from the tiniest insect to the galaxies of space.
