thats a pretty good habit imo. one 10mg hydro will have my eyes half closed on the couch, you just have a high tollerance and you're eating a bunch of unnecessary apap thats fucking your stomach up. i would try my best to taper down. its only going to get worse and make you bow all your cash on stronger stuff. good luck

You don't feel the liver damage from apap until it's too late.

Apap is pretty safe until it isn't. What I mean is that you can take an amount and not do any damage, but there is a point where it will become rapidly toxic.  It's not really a linear response to dosage.

The FDA says the maximum amount of APAP you can take if you haven't consumed alcohol is 4,000. Mg in a 24 hour period. If you have been drinking  you probably should cut that in half,

More than a 1000mg of apap at a time can do damage.  Ibuprofen can lead to ulcers and paracetamol(acetaminophen)will kill your liver.

The lowest ever recorded overdose of paracetamol is 3000mg in a day (which is actually lower than the suggested daily amount to use. )

You seriously cannot be stupid enough to not realise using more of anything in one go could cause more harm than spread out...you know the same way it's stronger to use in one go....

You really shouldn't be abusing your medication. .dependancy is common enough for chronic pain. . Do you want to reach a point where the opioids do nothing for your pain ?

Reason:
Nobody can answer how much is safe to take all at once per site rules, it's a liability. Everyone is different and in very rare occasions severe complications can happen from less than the (max) recommended daily dose of APAP. The only substances of which that question can be are the chems discussed in The Psychedelic Experience forum.


Also, for what it's worth, 4mg/day of clonazepam is a high dose (Because you said "Just 4mg/day"). I assume you've heard of the many problems that come with long-term benzo use, and how difficult of a habit it (benzos) is to quit. Seizures are nothing to fuck with, and as much reason to use benzos as anything IMO, but I'd still keep it in the back of my mind.
