While I did enjoy the pics of Shrooms, vials of LSD and the pics of herb, I IN NO WAY ENDORSE THE POSTING OF UNDERAGE CHILDREN UNDER THE HEADING OF PORN!!!.
It has already been determined many many times, enough to make me sick to my stomach, as the rest of us here have seen the debate many times, and yet only one person spoke up, that the pictures of the children in the woods are under age and from a book containing child porn under the guise of art.
I hate the whole posting thing, as I use this board more for information and entertainment and choose not to ever really get involved unless that is something really upsets me.
Kiddie porn is never art, though some may argue naked pictures done tastfully are, the intent of the thread and most people here is to oogle over nakedness and then go wack their pud.
Please for the love of the non-exsistence either delete the thread or remove the pictures, and the person who posted them, again after many people where told not to, should be banned or temporarily restricted to learn that it's not o.k. to keep throughing this shit in with consenting adult type porn.
Unless of course the asshole offeneder is a fed just trying to get the pics onto peoples harddrives and make another case for busting people here at the shroomery.
That shit makes me sick, and I can watch people puking and eating it without gettting as sick as seeing pedophiles in our mist trying to make themselves seen normal, by spreading their curoupt dicatomies, to innocent shroomers, who are trying to create better realities only to be tricked back into societies sexual pitfalls, and mind fucks.

It has long been established that said photo is not pornographic. That topic is not up for debate. You can feel as you wish, though this does not change the fact that it is considered art. However, the pic does violate the rule set out in this post I do believe.

There is nothing against the naked human body. I don't think girls that age should be able to make decisions about showing their naked bodies to 40 yr old pervs. It's not just human body in this case, it's the slightly comprimising idea that is going along with it.

I would venture to say that all of those things could be art. But anyway, those girls aren't doing any sexual poses. They're not fingering their pussies or anything. They're just holding a mushroom and having a good time. They happen to be naked, which I find nothing wrong with. The picture doesn't even turn me on, but I still like it. It's a "naturalist" picture from eastern/central europe, where they have different ideas about this sort of thing. I personally don't find anything wrong with naked people having fun in nature -- in fact, I'm all for it. It's the fact that there are "40 yr old pervs" out there that is the tough nut to crack, but I don't think family nudism should be abolished because of this.
It is relative, and it is true, that what is viewed as "obscene" in Puritanical America, is not seen as such in other countries and cultures. I think we need to lossen up a bit more here, in the states, but on the other hand, we also need to stop turning everything that's nice and natural into some kind of sick dot-com sex fest too. It's very complicated, and I blame most of this mess on Cotton Mather...

You have some extremely screwed up ideals, and attempting to push them on others in addition to calling people pedophiles is fairly ignorant. Somebody doesn't, at the age of 18, just suddenly wake up and have the cognitive ability to decide what is right or wrong. The human body is a work of art, and it has been treated that way for centuries. Censoring art for the fact that somebody may find it sexually arousing is just plain ridiculous. Some people do not consider certain forms of art, such as abstract, to be art, and they are certainly within their rights to do so. However making dangerous and inflammatory accusations of pedophilia are baseless and totally uncalled for.

Hmmm, well the reason it bothers me so is because of the fact that I myself was perpetrated upon when I was a child. I am not trying to push my views upon anyone, unfortunately we do live in a country (USA) where people look at that and get aroused, you yourself said the girls aroused you because they were "cute". I used to. It's what my degree is in, before I sold out to dot-com advertising. I'm starting to work again, and that's from a series of digital pieces I've been making to get my chops warmed up again. The weather here is beautiful, and I'm going to start producing a body of paintings for exhibition. I have several galleries that have expressed interest, and I need to get a body of work built up again to submit. 
Making art, for me, is better then drugs! And I tend to be a better behaved little boy, when I am making art...

I miss making art, and haven't done any serious work in about 4 years, since I started college. Just no time. One of these days I'll pick up some oils again and hit the canvas. It's far better than any drug I could imagine. But for now I've got my music.

It's all a matter of self-control. There are many would-be pedophiles who have enough restraint to know not to act out on their fantasies. Lewis Carrol, author of Alice in Wonderland, is believed to have been like this. I don't think looking at porn makes you lose any self-control. As for fantasizing, they probably do that whether or not they watch porn.

I have a question. If I posted a picture of some of the naked baby pictures of me, would that instantly be objectionable?
A bit off topic, but relates to this matter, I recall Marilyn Manson's first album was going to have some pictures of him naked as a wee boy, but they wouldn't let him use it and accused him of having problems and the whole thing was met with disgust (they all thought he was trying to put kiddie porn in his album). He said something along the lines of "If people out there found these pictures arousing, perhaps THEY are the ones with the problem".
Basically, that picture is fairly innocent, nothing sexual at all about it, so why the big fuss? The human body is nothing to be disgusted about.

Agreed. There is nothing immoral or illegal about ANY kind of fantasy, it's the act that makes something illegal. What exactly was 'wrong' about that picture? Would it have been any less 'wrong' if the picture hadn't been taken? After all, people would still have seen them naked. Should naturists walk around nudist camps with their eyes closed in case they become aroused by a member of the opposite sex? Where do you draw the line?

no it's not kiddie porn. it's illegal, but who gives a fuck about legality on this site? (rhetorical question of course)
kiddie porn involves KIDS .... that stuff is fucked up.... okay... but a bunch of consenting teenagers making videos of themselves or whoring themselves on cameras... that's their choice, often times these kids are above the age of consent (in some states it ranges from 13-14 even!) so what's the biggie?
The 18 years old law is good for those who produce pornography via industry, but as far as those soliciting "pornography" of themselves.... that's their fucking choice. A 15 year old shouldn't be arrested because she posted naked pictures of herself on the internet... that's ridiculous! and yet it has happened.
I mean what are you going to do as the next step, go out and arrest every teenage couple that fornicates? By the time I was in middle school people were getting laid all the time, some younger than 13.
Hell I wanted to get laid at 13 [minus confused feelings about religion]. Hell I was in fucking HIGH SCHOOL at age 13!
I'm not sure what I"m trying to say... I don't think teenagers should be allowed to star in porn and be exploited by horny adults, but if teenagers post/make videos or pictures of themselves for their own amusement, and maybe send them to people..... that shouldn't be a big deal. They shouldn't be sending that shit to old adults and perverts and what have you..... age of consent should probably apply but... yeah... I dunno.
I guess my main point is that if the age of consent can be 14, 13, however low the states want it..... why is posessing pictures of girls at those same ages illegal? Where are the standards?

It seems that any image uploaded to the shroomery leaves some type of permanent imprint that only mobile phones have the power to view at least in this case.
Unless it was in fact recently deleted and my phone managed to cache it or what ever in that short window but I don't longer think it was recently deleted and just my phone being able to see it.

Ok so I cleared my Cache on my phone and it is now not appearing so it must have been recently deleted. Interesting so now this makes my original comment relevant again about why it is interesting.
