I have no doubt the anti-gay rhetoric coming out of the mouths of Christians in this country over the past year contributed to this shooters mental state. You would have to be delusional to think that kind of thing doesn't effect Any homophobe hearing it, even a Muslim.

What? Ya know anyone can be a homophone? It's not like he heard someone said "I fucking hate gays I want to shoot up a gay club" and read his mind and thought "he's a christian I'm gunna get a gun and kill em all". Also ya know ISIS posts online videos? They have like their own blog going on hell they even had a twitter account. Basically requirements through vlogs and shitty hash tags

He banned me for "supposedly" misgendering myself, stated that it is not tolerated and he warned me previously about it, which he did not.

Then I turn around and see him misgendering someone in the PoPs thread, so I call him out on it and stick up for the other person, only to be threatened to be banned by him and called "disingenuous" by, again, koods.

I was in no way being disingenuous, I don't even get along with the person I was defending, and she still PM'd me and thanked me for doing what I did.

He said it was a "joke", but to who was it a joke? It certainly wasn't to her, me, or the vast majority of others that seen it go down.

Even if on some off-chance it was a joke I'm still not very sure how that would make it okay to do what he did.


I'm not lying when I say he is hella unshroomy, and this is still all just tip of the iceberg stuff.


Karode too, I wish I could share what he said about the Rompers during the time they closed the forum on us with no warning.

Based on the idea that a Christian is someone who follows the teachings and example of Christ, then no Christian ever abused or despised a homosexual for their sexual orientation.

Nothing Christ said, taught or did in any way supported or encouraged homophobia whatsoever, and the opposite message (love and acceptance) was consistent throughout his ministry.

Yes homophobes like to call themselves Christians, but they are liars and ignorant.

I could beat kids and say I did it because I worship Bob Marley, but you can't call me a legitimate follower of Bob's message nor blame Bob for my crimes.

Calling gay- haters followers of Christ is like blaming science for Scientology .

But yes, a lot of hateful people identify themselves as Christians - wrongly and falsely.
