even if you smoke predominately CBD containing marijuana, you're still smoking marijuana.  there is no strain yet that is purely CBD.  your best bet would be some sort of extract probably, something that's been refined to the point where it is purely CBD but i don't even think that something like that exists either.  you should probably just stop smoking weed.

My mom bought a CBD vape online and it came in the mail no problemo completely legal. No charging and no refilling, ready to use out of the box then disposed.  Try looking that direction.
