BLack dot contamination in grow room!!!! HELP

okay so i have a pretty small grow box for my salvia mother plant.
i was checking it out today and, there are these little black dots on some of the leaves, and some red ones too, that are slightly larger.

i have no idea what i am dealing with, can anyone help?
'im going to scan and post a leaf later so that you can see what i am talking oabut first hand.

also it is on the tops and bottoms of the leaves, and on some stems

lower the relative humidity.
red leaves? could be too much light.

notice any white flies in your box?
Though in my experience the little black dots (eggs) are only on the bottom of the leaves.

no the humidity is actually very low in this grow chamber, and there are only very small red specks, i would guess that they are some sort of bugm but i havent seen them move.

i only have about 6 or 7 thousand lumens, and it has happened to other plants of diferent types in the same grow box

If your humidity is very low, the problem could be spider mites.
