just cook a lil bit longer...at 10 psi, one hour should work.

Our local harware store carries all kinds of pressure cooker accessories. Everything from replacement gaskets to the rocker that determines pressure. If you live in an area where canning is not that popular, cook it a little longer. But in my opinion, you will have to be a LITTLE more worried about caramelizing the grain. But don't worry too much, as long as you just add a time of about 10-15 minutes over normal it shouldn't be a concern.
