Examples of Violations
a. Intentional or repeated refusal to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun
or title. For example, repeatedly calling a transgender woman “him” or “Mr.”
after she has made clear which pronouns and title she uses.
b. Refusal to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun, or title because they
do not conform to gender stereotypes. For example, calling a woman “Mr.”
because her appearance is aligned with traditional gender-based stereotypes
of masculinity.
c. Conditioning an individual’s use of their preferred name on obtaining a court-

a covered entity may not refuse to call a transgender woman her preferred
name, Jane, because her identification says that her first name is John.11
d. Requiring an individual to provide information about their medical history or
proof of having undergone particular medical procedures in order to use their
preferred name, pronoun, or title.

and the fines you mention require "wilful and malicious" intent to be behind the discriminatory actions

Like accidentally misgendering a transsexual, or calling a male, sir.

Do you support fining people for saying words you might disagree with?

"Sexual assault is any involuntary sexual act in which a person is coerced or physically forced to engage against their will, or any non-consensual sexual touching of a person."

not sure why i had to define that...

non-consensual sexual, touching

exactly how often does that happen?
where is that most likely to occur?

where is it most likely to occur? according to available statistics, in a private setting, by a known acquaintance

Quote:

as for unreported assaults, unfortunately but, due to their nature of being unreported, cannot be included in statistical accounts--the claim i made is derived solely from reported accounts

then why is unreported rape and sexual assault used in statistics

http://www.bjs.gov/index.cfm?ty=pbdetail&iid=5176

in the case of your link, the  statement is "unreported to the police", this doesn't mean it wasn't mentioned to, for example, a social worker or therapist

Quote:

and your claim that anecdotal evidence is comparable to statistical methodology isn't a fact that doesn't mesh with my personal bias--it is mathematically incorrect

what is anecdotal evidence?

my claim is that statistics is no more than a compilation of anecdotal evidence,
statistics often include that which is unknown such as the unreported rapes. we
also know that even of the reported rapes, while it is less common, it still
occurs, that false claims of rape are in fact made and these are frequently
included in statistics with people arguing these statistics as being extremely
reliable

tell us how your complete disregard for certain sets of statistics isnt simply
cherry picking, the same thing that the anecdotal 'evidence' is bashed for

statistical data is not a compilation of anecdotal evidence--the methodology behind how anecdotal evidence is gathered is completely different to statistical methodology

if your argument was merely that "cross dressing men can, and have, committed sexual assault in a womens bathroom", then ok, i agree

but if you use this claim to make the case that gender neutral bathrooms are unsafe (not saying you are), then i would disagree with your reasoning

apologies if i misunderstood what you were arguing

Well you really don't have to worry about TRANNY restrooms, cause it ain't happening. If they still have a Dick they will have to use the boys room, if they cut it off the girls, the law makers, will make it that easy, period.

Steps for Passing Bills 2016

1. Make sure it offends at least one group of people
2. Make sure that no progress can come out of passing the bill
3. Shit on the constitution

where is it most likely to occur? according to available statistics, in a private setting, by a known acquaintance

you've already made that claim but you disregard the bulk of the statistics, you
also havent defined what private is, is a private residence during a party
considered to be private, is a frat house in a bedroom considered private, what
about in an automobile since the laws say you have a certain expectation of
privacy there just as with a public restroom

Quote:
Quote:

in the case of your link, the  statement is "unreported to the police", this doesn't mean it wasn't mentioned to, for example, a social worker or therapist

so wait, now you want to include anecdotal evidence as statistical evidence, now
the problem with your claim is that social workers and therapists are restricted
by law from reporting these things without the explicit authorization of the
victim unless it is a serious crime that their client is going to commit or has
committed such as murder, rape or child molestation. reporting a rape to a
therapist isnt a metric of these statistics and given that many of these social
workers have been known to exaggerate the claims, such as "25% of all college
students will be raped during their college experience" which actually lands the
victimization rates at more than 10x the combined total for both reported and
unreported rapes

where does our statistical reliability fall again?

Quote:
statistical data is not a compilation of anecdotal evidence--the methodology behind how anecdotal evidence is gathered is completely different to statistical methodology

so tell us, what's the methodology for eliminating false accusations of rape,
why isnt the largest sector of those being raped and sexually assaulted even reported as a crime seeing as how that group is double the size of those reported int he FBI statistics but certainly arent included in those statistics

once more, statistics are not reliable

Just to add something,

As a transgendered human (not trying to be an attention whore), public bathrooms are a genuine issue in my life.

I use both bathrooms, but feel really uncomfortable in both. It's either I get stared at for being a "girl" in the boys room, or I get stared at for not being a girl in the girls room.
Unisex bathrooms are the shit. But are they really gonna make a bunch of separate bathrooms? Doubtfully

"the principles of equality and multiculturalism"

So basically bashing white culture and males with impunity while imposing restrictions when discussing minority groups.

"rights and freedoms"

According to your rules and agenda. What a joke.
