I've noticed a trend where the high school "losers" and "cool people" swap roles after graduating.

I guess there's some variation, but a lot of the then cool people seem to be addicted to heroin or dead by now.

While the then losers have grown to be successful and relatable...smooth.


It's like when you see a picture of somebody from when they were a child. Ime, the ones that are now attractive were typically not looking so hot during their wonder years.

This is a little different than what I'm talking about above, but it's kind of interesting how the tables seem to turn.

Outcast by choice but not a loser. I dont like the mainstream. I get along with misfits better, im not overly social but ive never been disliked. In highschool I was always accepted by everyone in every circle, but maybe thats cuz i sold weed.. Still not a loser but I have also changed alot in the last decade.

I haven't felt like a winner since graduating high school just got lonelier and lonelier after that..

All that bugs me is that people buy into this pack mentality at all.

I was never really a loser. I've always been well liked in most of my circles. I've hit a little bit of a rough patch but only cause all my friends are graduating/getting married/moving. Its different but ill get used to it

I'm a winner because winners get to do what they want.

But no, I was homeschooled and have always been a complete loner because of it.
Growing up my friends were mostly guys and a lot older than me.
Even now mos if my good friends are guys. :lol:

I don't think I was a loser, but I certainly wasn't cool, either. Very shy and kept to myself. I'm less shy now and I've opened up some, but I'm still quiet.

I've grown a lot since graduating high school, and I'd say I'm a pretty different person (minus the quietness, heh), but I'm not "cool", whatever that means.

You can be a loser in one scene, while at the same time being a winner in another.

In some lives these two can flip flop. They did in mine.

I've always been more I'm gonna smoke weed and watch TV by myself rather than go out with others all the time. Personal choice. In my perception people who know me enjoy hanging out with me.
