i agree re reading my post,the smileys was proly too much, and yea i was a moron i edited to make my post clearer sry im high lol

I actualy never drank and drove after the last one, took 4 years before i had a new car. i was a inresponsible and stupid drug addict kid under the influence . but i learned my lesson and didnt hurt anybody atleast :shrug:

I could've gotten a DUI.

One night I had two beers and was at somebody's house. Ended up driving some random kids home and the girl who's house it was came with. Ended up getting pulled over because my registration was expired. I had just gotten the inspection done that day but the DMV is closed on Friday's in my town so I had to wait the weekend. Anyway I got pulled over and the cop walks to the passenger window and says the car smells like weed. I told him there was beer in the trunk (it was visible) but nothing else in the car. He asked me to step out, asked if I had been drinking said I smelled of alcohol. Told him I had 1 beer. Had me do a field test and then breathalyzed me and I blew .018. I'm under 21 and my state has "Not a drop" laws meaning any alcohol in a person under 21 is a DUI. He charged me with a minor in possession of alcohol and released me after I called somebody to pick me up. Dude super let me off the hook

And that's coming from a guy that's been drinking too much for 10 years.
