I eat a bunch of veggies every day, at least a lb and 1/2 if not more. I eat a plate of veggies with broccoli, spinach, peas, corn, green beans, sometimes rice, onions and other things. I often eat a baked potato late in the day, it makes me feel mellow. For fruit, I eat a pint or so of fresh blueberries in season, out of season, frozen blueberries. I also eat bananas, apples, kiwi, and other things but not every day.

I'm vegetarian so i take loads of herbs and spices as supplements like garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, green tea, holy basil, olive leaf, kelp, and others I can't think of plus vitamins and minerals, etc. My fav herb is the one I vaporize. :wink:

avacado's are delcious - i need to plant a tree
all we got is a  lemon and orange tree, which makes some fuckin amazing lemonade / orange juice if I handsqueeze

i have acid reflux from hell and enjoy all acidic fruits/everything. had multiple surgeries to help but nothing ever does - but i gotta have my tomoatoes/peppers/lemons/etc.

I like tomatoes and onions and jalapenos/serrano peppers/habaneros and bananas and raspberries and blackberries most.

For lunch every day I have a salad with lettuce, kale, spinach, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and either jalapenos or serrano peppers. no cheese, no dressing. and a banana. for breakfast i have 3 eggs, for dinner i have 6oz of salmon and some veggie chips and some fiber one cereal. I have lost 28.6lbs in the last 95 days. No exercise.

you eat the same thing every day? wife is trying to lose few lb's and I tell her to do what you do but she says the monotony is too much. I'm a fat fuck that is very skinny (metabolism I guess) so I eat whatever I want and think I'd have a hard time with it too.

We grow okra at my house and my neighbor grows cucumber. If I ever get my own house with a yard the first thing I am doing is planting veggies

pomegranates, dragon fruit, dates, persimmons, honey dew melon, blackberries, grapes... i fuckin love fruit

some good vegetables are spinach, chard, kale, carrots, beets, and cucumbers.
