All of those, though I don't seem to ever get kiwis. My roommate loves them. I just don't think they are worth it. I eat a ton of avacodos, beans, and mangos. Potatoes are great if you make them right

mostly all veggies and fruits tho, although my least favorite seem to be tomatoes.. raw tomatoes that is.. just could never really get into them, loved them while trippin tho. and i love all the tomato sauces n shit.

fresh tomatoes right off the plant are fucking godly. i spent hours looking them at my old house while on psilocybin and even more time trying to get the courage to eat them because i didnt want to hurt such a beautiful gift from the higher powers haha

My typical food routine as of late:

Start off with some watermelon and goji berries in my tea.

Juice a couple of oranges, or bake a sweet yam.

Juice a couple of lemons, or eat a couple bananas.

Then I eat a wrap with romaine lettuce, celery,avocado  and cilantro.

You can get some blueberries for blue or plums.

For purple I eat dragon fruit or boil some purple potatoes.

Boom, you've just eaten every color of the spectrum!

Cilantro and Parsley are two great herbs for moving heavy metals out of the system.:eek:

I forgot to add some things....:rolleyes:

My proteins are mainly beans and nuts, among the other sources I intake such as leafy greens.:tongue2:

Throw in some pro-biotics such as kombucha or sauerkraut and you have a balance healthy diet!:smile:

Avocados, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, apples, lemons for squeezing on stuff.

For veggies spinach, cucumber, sweet potatoes, celery, carrots

Also ginger & turmeric are a daily staple of mine.

Castelvetrano olives.  I could eat a wheelbarrow full of those things.

I use cherimoya to make ice cream, and it's heaven in a bowl.  Same with lychee.

I love okra, but only if it's breaded and fried, because otherwise it's just slimy and gross.

The missus and I have a local farm share for weekly delivery of fresh local produce, so we always have a variety of veggies.  Plus, if I don't get what we need in the share, then I head to the Italian Market and pick stuff up from the street vendors, or I go to the Vietnamese district and hit up the grocery store for all the stuff you won't find at someplace like Thriftway.

It's easier for me to name the fruits and veggies I *won't* eat.
I can't stand asparagus on its own.  Mixed in a stir fry, I'm good.  Same thing with avocado; Jesus, it's terrible as a primary flavour.  No guacamole, and stop putting it on everything and calling it "California style".  If that's true, I'll never live in California.  I'd starve to death. 
No lima beans.  No peppers hotter than a scotch bonnet.  And I'll punch a mofo in the nuts for eating durian near me; I don't care how good you say it tastes... It smells like a three week sanitation strike in South Philly in the middle of a hot summer.
