SFD. Cellulose ones they're not the problem I got them on about 20+ jars

It was a mix of the syringe and trying to cut corners

Good to see you all hanging out, I am going to make some edits to the OP, seems some images are screwed up due to a contributor deleting their images.
(only a few of the photos were linked directly from the contributor).

THIS IS MY PF TEK JAR. I've been following the Let's Grow RR videos EXACTLY... each time the Substrate comes out clumpy-ish... Can it still work? I had Buspee Organic Verm which looks much like the Let's Grow videos verm. I mix in the exaxt order with the 2cp Verm, 1cp water, mix then a the cup of bob's BRF.

Any thoughts or advice? thanks!
