P. mexicana Sclerotia and jar size/ cc to inject

Hello,
I wanted to know if you will see a difference in the amount of Sclerotia production if you use a larger 2 quart jar versus the 1 quart wide mouth mason jar? does this matter?

If using a 1 Quart Wide mouth jar is 1cc per jar enough to innoculate properly? or do you need to use more cc's?

i wouldnt use anything smaller than a quart jar. i would use 2cc per quart or half gallon, then shake when i see mycelia .
