It is important that both you and her understand that this condition may get worse and worse over time, and that many people who call themselves shamans are nothing of the sort.
I understand your and her hesitation to visit a psychiatrist.. you get labeled so quickly these days, and many of their medicines are untrustworthy.
But there may come a point when this becomes unavoidable, and I hope you will take action before that happens.

Hey OP. I talk to plants and fungus. I also see a therapist. I don't see a big difference between the modern relationship with psychiatry and the ancient tradition of medicine people.

So to echo what others are telling you, seek professional help. Mental illness isn't something to disregard so lightly. Everyday people take their own lives. Everyday people suffer in silence because they're too proud or ashamed to get help. Rather mental illness is 'real' or not the pain people go through is.

There's no harm in looking at your options and if she doesn't like what the doctor tells her she can always get a second opinion.
