Need shamanistic advice

My girlfriend has something going on up in her head. She just told me that she's been having more than one voice in her head that advise her on her thoughts. She looks at it as versions of her from within her subconscious so she listens. The problem is it has granted her extreme anxiety and me as well. When she notices something that she doesn't understand they all freak out and panic at once. How would you go about this?

Wrong forum. Try psychedelic experience.
Only advice this forum will give you is to see a doctor.
See a doctor or eat 16.25grams of Magic truffles in a silent dark room with only incense to focus on.

Psychologist/psychiatrist 1-2 punch. Mental illness isn't something to fuck around with.

Hearing unexplainable voices is a symptom of schizophrenia FYI

Psychedelics is not what she needs right now my friend, as Burke suggested it sounds like she would benefit from seeing a psychiatrist/psychologist.

She freaks out on smoking weed. I need to journey myself maybe to figure this out. I'd rather not have her talk to a Dr of sorts because I do not believe in mental illness.

OM Taketh the eye of a newt, and rub it in her hair OM
JK... you don't need shamanistic advice, you need to have her talk to a professional. She's either having stress induced schizo tendencies or developing full blown schizophrenia.

This woman is not your property. She has some sort of mental issue going on and needs to see a doctor. Maybe you should talk to her family and see what they have to say about not believing in mental illness.
You are not qualified to make any assumptions on her health, I make this claim based on the fact that you asked for advice in the pub of the shroomery.
Ghandi's wife got really sick, he only allowed traditional ancient Indian medicines to be used in her treatment. Their son tried to give his mother penicillin, but ghandi objected, saying they should trust in God. His wife died. A little while later, Ghandi himself became sick with the same symptoms. But this time it was his life on the line and he took the penicillin at the first chance he had.
Your situation reminded a lot of what happened to Ghandi. Don't let your coo coo crazy beliefs be the death of someone you love.
Don't believe in mental health? Do you acknowledge that people have minds? Do you acknowledge that people can have varying degrees of health from very unhealthy and diseased, all the way up to healthy and fit? Why would it be impossible for someone to have an unhealthy mind? Why would it be impossible for people to have figure out causes for mental problems and or treatments for the illnesses?
Why do you think if you get high you will magically figure out a treatment that is better than what thousands upon thousands of doctors and scientists have come up with utilizing billions of dollars and multiple decades in research and development?

I kinda think everyone has a bunch of thoughts in their heads at once, but I see them as the psychological democracy giving you advice on how to proceed. If they are getting overwhelming I suggest yoga and exercise before any sort of trip or chemical exploration.

She could just be young and tweeking out too. In which case calming down and focusing on a healthy thing might be all she needs. But with the info provided I wouldn't say go strait to a doctor because getting on and off psycho meds can create worse problems. I definitely don't recommend weed or tripping.

I mean I'd rather not tell her to go to a Doctor due to the fact that if she does go and they tell her she has something wrong the effects may be more prevalent being that she was just told that she has an issue.

You need to take a step back, forget about what ever new age revolutionary concepts you've got going on in your head right now and think about the real well being of your girlfriend.
