OK everybody dig in. Limit two per member, 1 for guests. I have been a busy little housewife today (I am told I look cute in an apron), not just writing superfluous posts. Yup, I can multi-task.

These yummies are going out tomorrow to all my friends. Now don't you wish you had been just a little bit nicer to me? :lol:

reminds me of my grandma's cookie craziness. She would bake cookies all dang day long, and by the end of the day, the whole entire kitchen would be covered with plates, bowls, platters, tupperware, everything all filled with cookies. I think she prolly had too much time on her hands. But hey, at least cookies came outta it. Damn good cookies too.

Actually, there has been much research done showing that a high fat-high protein diet reverses heart disease, prevents and cures diabetes, lowers high blood pressure and yes, even prevents cancer. Even the AMA has documentation on this research.

It's a fact that you lose weight on it. When you eat fat and sugar your body will burn the sugar and store the fat. I went from mean to lean in about three months on this diet. :smile:


The colon cancer caused by beef hype is bullshit.

Those damn vegans. :lol:
