reishi while pregnant?

Anyone have any personal experience with this? I'm finding some pretty mixed info on the subject and I'm looking for something that can help with my overall wellness since I've had so many problems with this pregnancy including going into preterm labor Friday night so ANY info would be appreciated.

Whatever you do keep fluoride away from your kids while they are growing up. Buy fluoride free toothpaste and get a reverse osmosis water system; fluoride limits peoples potential by lower their IQ's as children. http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12011-008-8204-x
