You just need to trick females into thinking you are a much better suitor than you actually are then trap them with commitment.  Its really not hard as long as you believe the bullshit you are telling them.  Make sure to constant talk about "lucrative deals" you are working on and dress nice.  Also, not every 7+ female is picky.  I meet tons of really cool open minded chicks, its just where you look for them.  Most people suck, look in places you would expect to meet cool people and you will find cool chicks.  If that doesn't work you can start up a fake lab doing "research" on 18 to 26 year old females.
