Since women are so picky, how did cavemen ever reproduce? O.o

My question is, women these days especially ones my age or younger that are a 7/10 (looks wise) or above, are so picky about how a man looks, he has to be clean shaven, perfect teeth/hair/skin/face, etc. to have a chance with them.

HOW did males back before modern society ever reproduce? I mean, back then all men were nasty dirty stanky hair-possessing, rotten teeth/receding gumline sporting, skinny bastards with little muscularity (due to relative food paucity back before societies) and long nasty unkempt unhygienic scraggly  beards...

NO woman who wasn't completely fucking homely and obese/disgusting would ever give such a man a chance nowadays. So how did men spread their genes back then?

My only two theories are:

1. Rape, and/or

2. Modern feminism has made women feel they have the right to be more picky than they deserve..as in women who are frankly 4-5/10 looks wise getting with men who are 8-9/10 and yes I see this quite often..

Or maybe even, they just fucked guys who could support them because it was either that or death, back in the caveman days?

Post-agriculture, and not necessarily most. But purely nomadic cultures likely had it much easier in terms of the child labor process due to more developed muscles that are used in child birthing. At least that's what I've heard, I may be wrong. Like, higher primates in the wild don't necessarily die most of the time giving birth. We have more complications today due to less muscle development in those areas, world wide pretty much. That's not really taking sanitary conditions into account though.

dude op, you are totally neglecting the fact that women marry have children with guys who can support them. The same shit was going on as cavemen.
