I met him years ago. His actual claim to fame was lifting 965 pounds off a squat rack at 135 pounds. That piqued my interest, but despite that feat, he is just a huckster.

He didn't squat it, just lifted it off the rack. He was featured in a 'reputable' weight-lifting magazine at the time as a very strong and very skinny vegetarian dude, not as a breatharian.

I have done quarter squats with 575 pounds at 165 pounds, so it is not as crazy impossible as it sounds.
