So much drug dealer hate

On all drug forums I've lurked on in my days at one point or another there's an instance where everyone voices their opinion on how idiotic it is to be a drug dealer and strongly advises against it. Why? I mean somebody has to do it. In sure many of you have been drug dealers at one point or another and if not you'd never get your shit without one of them. What's the big deal?

Its because people hate free thinkers, they want to be like them but don't want to take the risk. They cant rationalize that not all drug dealers do it for the money. Best drug dealers ive ever had did it for fun not for money, they did it cause they wanted to spread sacraments, and make people happy.

It can be incredibly profitable and not as risky as most think.
It's an equal mix of smarts and luck.
You have to be smart enough to stay safe; and lucky enough to have a good circumstance for such a job.

So you could be incredibly smart and still suck at drug dealing just because you're not in a good situation for it.


I stopped because I had reservations about the ethics of it all.

Most people in normal society " Drugs are bad" so why are drugs bad? "they are illegal". why are they illegal? "Cause there bad". Ignorant to the truth I tell ya.....

There are some drugs I would have a hard time selling, ethically, but I do not think I would have a hard time selling LSD or mushrooms . . .

Do those kind of dealers even exist anymore? But you're right, those are the kind of dealers that I don't even classify as such because they genuinely liked helping people. They never sold shit that they thought was harmful and believed they were spreading awareness for a cause that was worth fighting for, some even to go so far as to show you how to do it yourself. Love these kind of people!

Then there are the douchebags who figure kind of what the OP mentioned- you want the drugs, and who the hell else are you gonna get it from? These are the type of drug dealers that will jip and lie to you, run you around, and put you in sketchy situations, seemingly, for their damn amusement. They behave kind of like a big business.

well it would depend what drugs they were dealing and how they dealt it. personally, i could never sell something as addicting and dangerous as meth or heroin, or even alcohol. those drugs destroy thousands of lives and as a certified rainbow baby i cannot be a part of that. it's unnatural, it makes people sick, makes them feel bad, makes people die, it's fucking death and i don't want be slanging this shit called death, nigga.

None of those are unnatural, addictive and dangerous sure, but not unnatural.

natural is an annoying word.

Slang if ya need to is how I look at it.  Even though I have questioned dealers who sell the harder more addictive drugs in the past.  The way a broke junkie gets his fix is not always the most honest and can effect people not even involved in the situation like theft and shit.

Being a dealer becomes a way of life, and IMO it can be a virtuous one or a scummy one depending on the ethics of the dealer in question, as others have said

I personally don't believe there's anything wrong with selling drugs such as weed and psychedelics, as long as you're in it for the right reasons. Being responsible and smart about who you sell to (i.e. not selling to anyone who you aren't on a personal level with or who gives you bad vibes, or someone who is obviously going to abuse the drug) and making sure to treat your customers as what they should be, friends..

Because selling drugs is dangerous. Say whatever but ive been in a van with a guy buying a big quantity of reggie weed like a pound or so and we got robbed by black people lol for weed. And then there is possible jail time fines that would make your profit look like nothing. That is why selling drugs is stupid its something id only do if i had no other option not some gangster thing to be glorified its dangerous.

I sold for a couple years but after a while it didn't really seem worth it, the more people that knew the more I got paranoid that one would flip on me.

Most drug dealers are either idiots, slobs or sketchy. That's why i hate them.

If I was a dealer, I would dress nicely, I would have a waiting room, clean, with some magazines and shit. I would go in my house, alone, while you wait, on your own, without having to have a conversation about something you don't give a fuck in order to "fit in" or whatever. I wouldn't light one up with you cause I know all you want to do is get the weed and fuck off immediately. Plus you have shit to do and you can't be high all the time.

Minimal contact. Privacy. Professionalism. Speedy transaction. Reliability. No small talk. No interacting with a bunch of stoners high on a dirty couch.

All the best dealers I've ever had were either already my friends or quickly became my friend. The small talk never really bugged me if the drugs were good.
