I've heard this myth since I was a little kid.

I love spiders and have always been comfortable with them.
But only until recently Daddy Long Legs freaked me THE FUCK out. :uhoh:

I used to play with these guys all the time. Let them crawl all over my hands, picked them up and everything.

I always knew the myth was a lie, that they were "harmless" (call it instinctual, not scientific knowledge) but now that I'm an adult..
