I don't see anything wrong with donations, then people could pay what they can afford or feel that it is worth if anything at all. Then it wouldn't limit the teaching to those who could pay the exorbitant fee's, but maybe those are the kinds of people that those sorts of teachers are looking for . . . (or preying on)

Like you. What the heck do you even begin to know about plumbing and authentic as relates to what is real?

I do plumbing to a level that most "plumbers" nowadays couldn't do. I mean not all plumbing and I am completely unqualified for some of what a "plumber" does. But as to specialty stuff, old stuff, packing a gland, I can handle it. And never get paid, and happy to be the unpaid yet quite "authentic" plumber. I keep old gaskets, old this and that, I am a truly authentic, and truly unpaid plumber.
