outsmarting the cops

I hang my Navy cover(hat) over my gps and hang my dog tags from my rear view mirror in hopes that if a cop pulls me over he will be lenient.

In college it was my blue firemans light. It got me out of two tickets!

Not a bad idea.

I have also seen people put up stickers that support cops.

And of course using "sir" when talking to the cop always helps.:pipesmoke:

I used to hang my flagging vest over my seat working or not and held on to it for quite awhile after i quit paving cops seemed to be more lenient as far as minor speeding cuz dammit you look like you got somewhere you need to be. At least this is what we told ourselves prob worked for me cuz I also used the method of seeing them before they see you like JesusIsLord said.

I think a lot of that depends on where you are and what you drive. I had to friends that delivered for pizza slut one in an rx-7 and one in a geo tracker, can you guess who got pulled over all the time and who pulled over never? This was in Oregon city, suburbany rurual fuckland with really bored and power tripping county cops. Had this been in Portland I agree with you Pizza Topper= never get pulled over unless you get caught doing something stupid. Those cops got better things to do than patrol traffic. When I lived out there it was amazing how much shit was always going on 24/7 when i flipped on a police scanner.

I've been pulled over so many times with at least pot and pipes. A lot of times a bunch of pills or coke when I was young.

I was always respectful to the cops, and if I obviously had weed in the car, I'd just be honest, and that always got me out of those situations. The other times with the other substances it was mostly luck I guess. Just call the cop sir and pretend like you care what they have to say.

Nowadays, I drive a car that doesn't draw much attention. I only carry weed and mushrooms very short distances, and avoid the possibility of getting pulled over at all. That seems to work the best.

I don't have a driver's license anymore.  It expired ten years ago and my wife hates for me to drive because I have MPD and get easily distracted talking to me/us and forget that I am driving or where I am so I only drive when I absolutely have to on business.  Mostly I am a shut-in these days.  I run my business from home and I get out on weekends so it isn't bad.  For this reason I am real careful not to get pulled over.  Knock on wood.

Be cool and always and in all ways fly under the radar....

I been pulled over with quite a bit of contraband and high as a kite at the time but just got a warning because I obviously wasn't drunk and that was their target

:thumbup: pretty much sums up how I used to be and how I am nowadays. Got lucky way too many times bound to draw the short straw sooner or later.
Sir, honesty(to anextent) and a decent amount of respect will get you a long way.
