Put that fucker on your bumper or even right fucking next to your tag so they see it when they get up on your ass to run your plate or intimidate you to do something stupid. The idea is that you already gave the fuckers your money. A ego-fied prick cop wont care,but it's work many times with apparently 'normal' cops.
