Bitcoins Transaction

Yo guys, I need some help to prevent to get myself into trouble and keep myself anonymously. I got bitcoins today which is my first time to get bitcoins to my hand. Anyway, I need to know if it's safe to transfer my bitcoins from localbitcoins site to SR? I don't want to have polices come in my place because of drugs purchase from Silk Road. So what do you guys think? Your tips or whatever to help me will be helpful.

All Bitcoin transactions are public information. Anyone can know the amount, the time, and the wallet numbers of the two participants. They may not necessarily know who the human owners of the digital wallets are.

Encrypt your wallet, or simply do an online wallet.

Bit-laundry is another option, but I have never used this service, or seen the real need to use. Anyone wash their bit-coins? I am satisfied with the confidentiality.

Seems like you are making this far more difficult than it needs to be.
