Haha yeah I love how people love to have strong convictions about things just randomly, to make themselves feel more real and like they have actual morals.

As if shouting in an assertively self-righteous tone somehow morally validates what you are doing or talking about doing.

Op- So... you're knowingly moving in with girls that like to party with opiates in order to save them from themselves?

Also, are you familiar with the laws regarding firearms where you are? This isn't the movies bro. When you pull a firearm on someone shit gets real fast. Besides the fact that the other person might have a gun and shoot your ass, crimes with firearms involved carry stiff penalties. Pointing or shooting a gun at someone to prevent them from selling drugs to your roommates isn't a valid excuse in court to keep you out of jail, especially if your roommates invited that person over to do so.

A smarter idea might be to lay down some house rules with these chicks before moving in with them rather than putting yourself into a situation that will likely get you arrested or killed for the sake of being "the man of the house". Stop trying to be noble and just be smart.

but to be fair, in terms of how addictive a substance is, heroin is much more addicting and will get you addicted WAY faster

coke really isnt a big deal imo, its considered a hard drug but idk why

Indeed.  I made clear to my roommate that I didn't want to know about or see pain pills or h or meth.  It's just a bad scene and I don't want to be stuck in a shitty scenario if she can't handle it.  I live with a chick and the sexual tension adds an interesting element.  We don't hook up though and that's definitely for the best.  All the same, the walls are super thin and I do feel a little envious when she has guys over.  It's an interesting situation.    I do enjoy living with a chick though.  It's much less pressure to be manly.  We are carving pumpkins soon...  I'm quite excited.  Either way, communication is essential in any living situation.  I've lived in places where there was a communication breakdown and it seriously sucked.
