Ok, I feel somehwat confused. here is my understanding:
Feathery structures in a casing are good, means mycelia are fully established.Pinning starts at cooler temperatures, greater air exchange, 90 percent humidity.
Ryche indicated that the Cambo's love heat tho (93 degrees even), so what temperature should I be running?
For fruiting I want to maintain quite a high temperature and humidity.
Am I on track here? Should I try and pin hot or cold? I'm all worried, I've been at the feathery stage for a long time, I'd HATE to fail now.
I'm scared that cold shocking will create cobweb mold problems.
Sigh, I just want my mushrooms.
