:lol: I went to get the 3.50 special deal - quarter pounder cheesburger, fries and a can of coke. Damn those fries were oily.

To update things, I started eating an orange a day, taking a vitamin c supplement, eating a multi vitamin and making sure some greens were in most meals.
I now have my color back and my teeth dont feel like they are falling out so much. Also my gums are bleeding significantly less (only when I brush or floss real hard) they used to bleed when I just  moved my mouth funny.

I eat a big bowl of fruit every morning along with a piece of toast with peanut butter and a greek yogurt. Muthafuckin' breakfast of champions right 'der.
