Floss once a day. For adults, gum disease is a much bigger issue than cavities. With cavities your teeth go bad one at a time. With gum disease you can lose them all at once. If you're thinking screw it, I'll just replace them with dental implants, keep in mind they now cost as much as a new car.

I only floss when I get food stuck, which happens quite a bit because I have a space where my molars are too far apart. And no, I don't eat the food that comes out. :lol:

Otherwise it's just brushing, Listerine, and my Waterpik (which I guess may count as flossing).
