How often do you floss?

I used to be really lazy and never floss but after my latest trip to my dentist I decided to floss more frequently.  But I am still very lazy with it and I only floss when I feel something stuck in between my teeth, or at the end of the day, before I brush my teeth and go to bed, I do a "grand-floss".

I try for every night. Sometimes I miss a day. More frequently than I'd like actually. God I'm lazy too.

those pick things always break on me. I just use the normal 99c store floss


i floss every night and my teeth are in good shape. not flossing has been linked to Alzheimer disease

What brand of picks have you been getting?
I'm nasty and reuse mine a few times beforw they break after rinsing them...
They're pricy :sad:

Every morning before work.  I only brush/floss 1x/day usually, but I am pretty good about getting it done every day and I try to be thorough.

I do reuse floss sometimes, but I just use the string kind.

Yep I keep the little flosser picks in my bathroom, in my car, they are so easy more I floss all the time, I get them at dollar tree and they've never broken. This is gross to some people but I basically eat what I floss out, I mean it's already in your mouth... :munchies:

When I brush my teeth morning and evening and in between meals. I even keep some floss in the glove compartment in my truck lol.
I want to get one of them waterpik units sometime. Maybe next time I go to the store, if I remember.

I brush regularly with toothpaste


But I'm bad at flossing and do it once a month if that

never. i don't even brush. my teeth and oral hygiene is spot on as well. but, i don't eat stuff that would damage my oral hygiene

I floss everyday, sometimes I'll skip a day and I always use the picks. If you are breaking the picks you gotta be flossing btoo hard or something which will cause damage to your teeth. Unless your teeth are so close together that it is causing them to break from trying to get it in between your teeth. But if that's the case you most definitely need to floss or you will have rotten teeth for sure
