10 min is a bit overkill LOL

You think spending 10 minutes a day is overkill? If you brush for 2 minutes 3 times and floss after each brushing, it comes out to 12.

Once you start having a super fresh and clean mouth 24/7, there's no going back.

Lol it's all in your head man, I can have a stupid clean mouth and it feels the same if I've been munching all week, not that I care - brush your teeth all you fuckin want, make up for my shitty teeth.

Trust me, I hear where you're coming from. My wife's teeth, until her dad finally ponied up and took care of her, were crap, and two of my children have her teeth, and the other 2 are 50/50, which still isn't very good.

And of course it's all in my head, everything is in your head

My wife's dad, who has the money but is a tightwad, had to drop about 20K on her mouth to get it up to specs, and it's really still not all the way done. And that's after a childhood of braces and a bunch of other dental cashola.

I guess since I grew up so poor and knowing that their was gonna be NO dentist trips, I really like to take care of my teeth. And I'm surprised at how much flossing helps.

20,000 huh? That's a good chunk...

My problem was I had braces when I was younger, and it turned out I was allergic to something in the material (and the shithead orthodontist didn't say or notice anything until they took them off, and my teeth pretty much fell apart in front of my eyes), and now my enamel is all fucked up and it hurts all the time, so out of the whole experience all I got was fucked up teeth, ~$4000 out the window, and things just as crooked as they were before. Horrible experience.

That was my wife. She was in her braces for NINE years :crankey: It wook about 10 year, but they fell to shreds.
