Really, you can't justify spending the money on them unless you're a starving African child who's malnutritioned. if, and only if you're suffering from malnutrition will they have a positive effect on a otherwise healthy individual. It's not gonna make you "healthier than healthy" any more than vitamin water or whatnot.
I only eat once a day normally. Stress is a bitch.
I don't know how that's related but... hey, I've done the same sometimes, and I don't think it's particularly bad for you if it becomes a habit. Whether you're eating a 300 calorie breakfast a 600 calorie lunch a 900 calorie dinner and 200 calories in snacks, or 2000 in one sitting, as long as it's in one day it's not gonna make a large difference. Your body adjusts. The main problem with eating all your food in one serving for the day is, it makes it easy to go over your daily limit by eating outside of that one meal, assuming that one meal contains your calories for the day. On the other hand if it's remarkably less than, then you may find yourself losing weight even if that's something bad for you.

Because I haven't been getting proper nutrition. I've lost over 10% body mass the last two months, even though I am far less active than I was two months ago.

Don't get me wrong, I believe nutrition is important - but you can't gain back the 10% of your body mass without eating enough calories, even if your nutrition is perfect.
If you want to gain back some weight, (I'm making the assumption you do) calculate about how much calories you burn in a day based on your height/weight/age/gender/physical activity, and then, while counting calories, eat slightly over that amount every day.

Daily, vitamin C. Some others occasionally. I tried to take a B vitamin complex and it turned my piss hulk green so I only take it rarely because I have a diet that's fairly rich in most vitamins. An over abundance of vitamins can actually be unhealthy. Vitamin C is very safe though.

Nah, Don't want to put it back on. And I know calories control weight mostly.
I just don't want any nutritional deficiencies until I can get to a point I can improve my diet and stabilize my weight.
No weed sure doesnt help with my appetite.

I don't take multivitamin but I currently take magnesium, b vitamin complex , c vitamin, d vitamin and zinc .
It turns out every time you ejaculate your body loses a chunk of zinc so most men can use done extra zinc.
I think magnesium is a very important one to supplement because many people are deficient and it has numerous benefits being very good for heart health and stress relief.
Taking a good quality krill oil pill is also wise .
