Manboobs
    #16098820 -

So I'm in pretty good shape, but I'm far from perfect. And no their not actual boobs boobs, but unfortunately my tits jiggle around quite a bit. How can I make 'em go away?

A 3 mile run a day shouldn't hurt.

Becoming huge shouldn't be a worry. Even if you dedicated your life to lifting and dieting and supplemented that with steroids, it will take a long time to get huge.

Creatine doesn't do much at all either.

high body fat percentage is what accounts for man boobs most of the time...you want to lower it by doing a lot of cardio...also chest workouts will help shape your chest so that when you do lose the fat your chest shape will begin to show nicely...Bench is probably THE best exercise you can do followed by either fly machine or flys using dumbbells to give your chest width like a man and not have manboobies

Use cables for chest flies as they keep more consistent tension that dumbbells. Do different types of chest flies and different types of bench like incline and decline. Switch up between dumbbells and bar. You want to mix up the exercises as much as possible and do multiple chest exercises whenever you are working on it.

the object is not to get huge, but to increase your muscle to fat ratio. If you have high amount of body fat trying to slim down in one area will be more difficult then a lean person.
Creatine helps water retention in the muscles if you take it before work outs it helps your performance and can boost your muscle gain / fat burning rates .

after your work outs taking weigh protein and vitamins will help to build those pec muscles.
sure none if its necessary, but i promise it will help, and you can limit yourself to avoid getting huge.

You aren't going to have to "avoid getting huge". It takes years of dedicated training and diet to get anywhere near that, and even then you may just be genetically incapable of it.

And creatine does increase water retention in your muscles, but the data pointing to it increasing lifting capacity is sketchy.

It is all about diet and exercise really. Most supplements won't do much of anything with the exception of protein powder. The only things that will show big increases in gains beyond basic diet and work out are steroids and pro-hormones.

titties will go away if you eat less and put some more lean muscle on your body which will increase your metabolism and turn yo body into a fat burning machine!

How do I eat less/better? I rack disiprine.

How should I exercise? I do push ups and chest flies and crunches every few days and run occasionally?

Might want to look at the kettlebell thread for an all-in-one workout

As far as diet, gotta just try not to eat processed meals or fast food, almost any meal you can make from scratch is a step in the right direction.

For the best results, you should try to eat fairly low carb and/or count calories to try to keep a deficit.

You should also take up a weightlifting routine with cardio thrown in.

This seems like too big a step at this time for you though. Any increase in physical activity will help.
