Cops found all my Jars in the trunk of my car

So yesterday me and a friend decided to go to my car roll a J and smoke it on our way to CVS pharmacy to get drinks and cigs and stuff.

as we were smoking the J a cop passed from the other side of the comming traffic and as soon as he passed us he made a U turn and it was very clear that he is about to come pull us over. i screamed at my friend THROW THE J NOW ! he asked why i said NOW so he did and thank god they didnt see him doing it as they were in process of U turning. i asked him to light 2 cigs up as i rolled down all windows and spray cologne in the car ... at this point my eyes were red and glossy as FUCK and i knew im in trouble.

he flashed his lights and pulled us over and came took my driving license, insurance and registration along with my friends ID... i noticed that they didnt pull us over for the J coz they had no clue we were smoking so i was confused as in why we are pulled over.they came back and asked us to leave the car and handcuffed us and had us against the wall as they searched my car(without consent)... all of a sudden i heard him telling his partner "hey come here look at this" thats when i remembered ALL my shit is in the trunk ( perlite, verm, jars (some filled with BRF some empty) storage totes and etc ... ) then he called me to turn around and to tell them what all that was ...
i was stoned, freaked out, dry fucking mouth didnt know what to say...
i asked him what is what ? to buy my self time to think WTF am i going to say ? ? ? ? ?
he said all this jars and stuff... i looked at the jars and said :
" OH ... these are for my Chemistry project"
he said : "What chemistry project"
- : " its a school assignment i had to do and its due after spring break"
-"yeah but i want to know what it is exactly"

Here i knew he is not going to let go and he knows something is up !!!
in my heart i said GOD help me with this and opened my mouth and said :
" this is called hypothermilax ( i have NO CLUE how i came up with this word) and its a process of turning 4 different types of acid into a solid looking cake as u see... its just a project to show us how combining some acids work"

at this point he really thought i know what im talking about and felt like he is being the ignorant one so he bought it and dropped it !!!!!!

after all the shit they made us go thru(an entire hour) they just gave me a ticket for driving my car without removing my parking permit on my rear view mirror ( SO FUCKING LAME )
but yeah i was blessed to walk out of this SHIT without getting busted.

Your friend did not have to give the cop his ID.
You could have refused to step out of the vehicle by asking "Officer am I being detained or am I free to go?"
You have the right to refused a search by saying "Officer, I understand your doing your job, but I do not give consent to searches."

If he charges you for something, or you are placed under arrest for any reason, say "I do not wish to speak until my lawyer is present."

Answer every question with "No comment." Anything else you say easily gets re worded in court.

Also, he couldn't of done anything with your jars, as long as there was no mycelium or mushrooms, you were in the clear.

Study up on your rights man, don't let the pigs fuck with you.

think the cop will look up what he said (since he has it on his dash cam) and realize he lied. then come with a seatch warrant to his house because after a quick google search, anyone can figure out what jarred caked are used for. and since hes stoner looking enough to get pulled over, they assume its for psychoactive mushrooms not edibles. paranoid, but i would keep my house clean if you know what i mean.... :seeya:

What the fuck were you doing driving around with colonized jars?    Thats like driving around with weed seedlings in the trunk.  They're not doing any good there and its a giant unnecessary risk.  You are literally traveling around the country, with a shitty grow op in your trunk, for no reason.

Right there is your first mistake, although a joint is sure as fuck better than a bag of weed and a pipe.

You made a lot of mistakes with this incident and all of it could have easily been avoided if you wouldn't have consented to a search, and also you should have remained silent.

It still amazes me that so many shroomery members make increibly noob mistakes like this.

they were about 20 half pint jars only 4 of them had the actual cakes in it(not inoculated) and the rest were empty ( they just had the brf cake left overs in them ... but they were empty)

those jars were in my room until the SAME FUCKING DAY ! i was going to clean em and sterilize em for the next grow but they had this smell to them and i said until i wana start the next grow i cant have them in my apt coz of the smell... SAME FUCKING DAY I PUT EM IN THE TRUNK I GOT PULLED OVER.

i knew all this and i knew exactly all my rights coz 2 months ago veggie posted a thread regarding the rights we have with cops but i COULD NOT OPEN MY MOUTH because they already had something against me ( driving in California with a Florida License ) and i heard them debating if they wanted to impound my car or not. so i had to be super nice and submissive or else they would have said : ok very well ... we wont search ur car but u have no ride back home and we impounding ur ride.
i was nice ... they ended up being nice about it too and just let me go with a lame ass ticket.

yeah bro ... if i had a Cali License and i was sure i was GOOD and clean then believe me this would have been a report about me putting my knowledge of rights against cops rather than them finding my shit in the trunk and me getting super lucky...

its almost never in your best interests to play the " i know my rights card " against police officers. thats just going to piss them off and make them want to fuck you over. it's a chess game. you have no authority over the police officer and you shouldnt try to assert any authority over him, being a teenager/young 20 year old, because that will only piss him off.


you just have to bluff your way out of it and feign that your an honest member of society. in your situation he would not have had a single clue that you had cakes in the trunk, or were smoking weed in the car(possibly he smelt it). what allerted him to your wrong doing was your sketchy behaviour and acting odd. work on your poker face and treat the police with respect.

yeah i dont know how things work in other cities,but if u go around giving the cops shit and saying"i now my rights" in my home town of new orleans, theylleither beat the crap out of u or plant drugs in your car. the cops here write up phoney police reports to cover their illegal bullshit. its best to be polite and not put yourself in situations where there are things in your car that could link u back to a felony cultivation charge.

i  cant believe u had jars with residue or whatever of shroom cultivation. i kno the stink yer talking about, but fuck suck it up and clean that shit out at home. if u have a back yard and an ice cooler, then do it that way. but to just throw the shit in the trunk and "deal with it later" and then get stoned in the car with a liscence from another state? wtf man?? thats a ballsy chaNCe to take brother. u dodged a big bullet there.

kudos on playing it off and getting away tho. yer average cops dont know what mason jars and verm is used for tho. DEA on the other hand would likely have a clue.... but yer average street cop is dumb in regard to that kind of shit.

AND STILL he had me and my friend do the whole hands on head and facing the wall, full body search and aggressive too kicking my legs screaming open ur legs !!! wtf did i possibly do to deserve that treatment ? it was embarrassing ppl stopped to see wtf is going on ... like i got FBI's most wanted treatment from these assholes ...


but then again ... when i remember that he was STUPID enough to believe HYPOTHERMILAX it just makes me feel happy that i can outsmart him, his partner and his whole fucking department !
