So what? Be shallow. If I'm going into an area where the possibility of meeting someone to eventually have sex with may present itself, I'm going to at least attempt to be what I think they consider fuckable. Why not? It's not that much effort, getting cleaned up makes ME feel better, and I increase my chances of getting laid. Win/Win

It's our parents' and society's fault we're shallow. You have to admit we're pretty well programmed this way. I say embrace it. Because at the core, that sneaky desire to attain "depth" is just narcissism. It makes us feel superior to all those shallow people, and avoid insecurity. Either way we're guilty of some character flaw. Might as well clean up, feel sexy, and get some booooty.

I personally do shave, and prefer a woman to not have hairy armpits or legs.  Why is that?  Am I shallow after all?  Don't we all have our shallow parts?

We can't judge them too harshly. Heavy doses of confidence implies the person has something to be confident about.
